Ultra Lithium Inc. – Strategic Metals for A Better Future

Ultra Lithium Inc.

Overview

Ultra Lithium Inc. (CVE:ULI), is a lithium and rare earth metals junior mining company. The Company has three main projects located in Serbia, Nevada, and Ontario. In Serbia Ultra Lithium is actively exploring for Lithium and Boron in the form of a newly discovered mineral called Jadarite. Ultra has 100% interest in 544 sq. km in the same region as Rio Tinto’s Jadar deposit, with the closest concession being only 20 km to the east.

The Ontario, Zigzag Lake project is a joint venture with Canadian Orebodies Inc. (CVE:CO) who has drilled widespread tantalum mineralization. The other project  South Big Smokey Valley in Nevada, is only 16 miles north of Chemetall’s  Silver Peak Mine in Clayton Valley and is also 100% owned by Ultra.

Chief Properties

Balkans (Serbia) Projects

Ultra Lithium is seeking to identify potential targets in Serbia that could host a new Lithium resource in the form of Jadarite. (A combination of  Lithium and Boron.)

Ultra has been granted six exploration licenses in the Republic of Serbia – through its wholly-owned local subsidiary, Ultra Balkans doo – for the Koceljeva, Trnava, Valjevo East, Preljina, Ladevci and Kragujevac mineral prospects by the Ministry of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning. The successful exploration license applications are located within well-defined basins and cover an area of approximately 544 square km in total.

The Company is now initiating its multidisciplinary exploration program that includes field reconnaissance, mapping, geochemical sampling and geophysical surveys for the duration of the last two quarters of this year.

The project shares a similar geology and weathering history to Clayton Valley.   The north end of Clayton Valley hosts Chemetall Foote Corporation’s Silver Peak Mine, the only lithium brine producer in North America.

Zigzag Lake – Ontario, Canada

The Zigzag Lake property is located in northwestern Ontario, 60 km northeast of the town of Armstrong. The Project consists of 129 mineral claims totaling 2064 ha. The property is adjacent to Linear Metals’ (CVE:LRM) Seymour Lake Lithium project where lithium mineralization of grades up to 2.4% have been found. Ultra lithium is focused on the exploration of five prominent lithium and rare earth element showings on the Zigzag Lake property. Zigzag Lake is host to highly anomalous tantalum and cesium values, suggesting the occurrence of zoned, complex-type pegmatites enriched in not only tantalum and cesium, but potentially also lithium and rubidium, as is the case in the Tanco Mine in Manitoba. All of these previously stated metals are used in electronic devices and we will likely see demand for them continue to rise.

Canadian Orebodies Inc., which has an 80% interest in Zigzag Lake through an option agreement, released assay results in December 2010 from grab samples taken on the property. Highlights from this include values (from different holes) of 4.09 % lithium, 501 ppm tantalum, 2,280 ppm rubidium, and 408 ppm beryllium. In 23 of the 39 holes drilled, tantalum was found in quantities of more than 100 ppm. As reported March 18, 2011, Canadian Orebodies  has drilled widespread tantalum mineralization on the Zigzag property.
