American Lithium Closes Gold Summit Transaction
American Lithium Minerals, Inc. (OTCBB: AMLM) reported that the company has closed its transaction with the Gold Summit Corporation previously announced on January 5, 2010.
The press release is quoted as saying:
American Lithium Minerals entered into an agreement to acquire 5 grassroots exploration brine projects in Nevada from Gold Summit Minerals.
